First, the quiz, followed by more review of Illustrator CS3 tools.

Instructor will demonstrate more elements relevant to project 7 such as placing text on a curve, creating a custom brush and applying a gradient blend to text. The deadline for Project 7 has been extended. It can be turned in today (per the original schedule), or at the beginning of next week's class.

We will also discuss Chapter 10, reviewing how to set up a document for print.

Review thumbnail sketches for Project 6. Instructor will demonstrate the Transform and Pathfinder tools, how to apply filters and effects, and introduce the Gradient Mesh and Envelope Distort tools.
